This Code of Conduct sets the minimum standard expected from competitors, riders, drivers, teams, crew, officials, media, sponsors, spectators, volunteers, contractors and guests at PMR and SprintX events, online platforms, paddock areas, media zones and any related activity.
All participants and guests must treat competitors, officials, marshals, staff, volunteers, media, sponsors, venue teams and fans with respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, abusive language, violence, bullying, public shaming, or conduct that damages the integrity of PMR or the event is not tolerated.
Safety instructions, marshal directions, race-control decisions, venue rules, paddock speed limits, restricted-zone rules, emergency instructions, security directions and official announcements must be followed immediately.
PMR may deny access, remove a person, suspend a pass, cancel accreditation, disqualify a participant, or refer a matter to competent authorities where conduct creates safety, security, legal, sporting, reputational or operational risk.
Competitors and teams must compete honestly and comply with event regulations, technical rules, class rules, timing procedures, scrutineering requirements and official decisions. Cheating, tampering, unsafe driving or riding, deliberate obstruction, timing interference, forged documents or misuse of access credentials may result in penalties, exclusion or further action.
Media representatives, creators and guests must respect accreditation rules, restricted areas, privacy, safety barriers, intellectual property, brand guidelines and official instructions. Content must not misrepresent PMR, officials, sponsors, safety incidents, competitors or event decisions.
All users and attendees must comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, event permits, venue requirements, public-order requirements, public-decency rules, traffic and safety instructions, intellectual-property laws, personal-data requirements and any instructions issued by competent authorities.
Report safety, conduct, safeguarding, media, ticketing or access concerns to an official on site or by contacting PMR after the event. PMR may investigate, preserve records, interview relevant persons and take proportionate action.
These documents form PMR's public governance baseline for platform use, event participation, ticketing, media access, safety operations and digital services.
Governing law: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Each event may carry additional event-specific rules, waivers, technical and sporting regulations, venue rules, ticket terms, and safety instructions.
