This policy governs registration fees, ticket purchases, payment confirmation, cancellations, transfers, refunds and exceptional event changes for PMR and SprintX activities, unless event-specific terms state otherwise.
Entries may be priced by phase, including Early Bird, Normal and Late windows. The price shown at the time of checkout is the price payable for that transaction, subject to successful payment confirmation.
Submitting a registration or payment does not guarantee sporting acceptance, final participation, media access or restricted-zone access. PMR may require document checks, vehicle checks, class review, safety approval, federation or authority requirements, payment confirmation, and event-specific approvals before confirming participation.
Refund eligibility depends on the product, event, timing, payment status, class, approval status, ticket type, and applicable law. Unless stated otherwise, confirmed tickets, passes, entries and event services may be non-refundable after registration closure or once the relevant service has been delivered or reserved.
If PMR officially cancels or materially reschedules an event, PMR may offer a transfer, credit, replacement event access, or refund according to the applicable event terms, supplier constraints, authority instructions, and applicable law.
Weather, safety requirements, venue restrictions, government instructions, force majeure, emergency services decisions or federation/sporting requirements may affect scheduling or access.
Tickets, entries, passes, accreditation and QR codes may not be transferred, resold, assigned or commercially exploited unless PMR expressly allows it. Unauthorized transfer or resale may invalidate access.
For refund or registration questions, contact info@pmr.sa.
These documents form PMR's public governance baseline for platform use, event participation, ticketing, media access, safety operations and digital services.
Governing law: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Each event may carry additional event-specific rules, waivers, technical and sporting regulations, venue rules, ticket terms, and safety instructions.
