This Cookies Policy explains how Pure Moto Racing uses cookies, local storage and session storage on pmr.sa, related PMR platform pages and the PMR app. We do not use tracking pixels. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
We use essential cookies and local storage to operate the website and platform. These technologies may be required for sign-in, account sessions, security, CSRF protection, fraud prevention, language or interface preferences, shopping cart state, registration drafts, QR access, admin control center protection, and service reliability.
Essential cookies cannot always be disabled through the PMR interface because the platform may not function correctly without them.
We may store your cookie choice, interface preferences, draft form progress, cart selections, recently viewed pages, and similar convenience data in your browser. Some of this data is stored only on your device and may not be transmitted to our servers unless you submit a form or complete a transaction.
PMR does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking. The cookies we set are all first-party: mc_session (keeps you signed in; secure, HTTP-only), mc-locale (your language), and pmr_vk / pmr_pv (a random anonymous key so each visitor can cast one fan vote; secure, HTTP-only).
To keep the platform reliable we use error monitoring that reports technical errors with personal details removed. It does not set cookies and is not used for advertising or to identify you.
Some features rely on third-party services such as payment providers, email delivery and security tooling. Embedded race videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player and Vimeo's Do-Not-Track mode. Payment pages are provided by our payment processor under its own policies.
We choose service providers for operational reasons and require them to process information only as necessary for the relevant service, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards where appropriate.
When you first visit the site, we may display a cookie notice allowing you to accept cookies or continue with essential-only technologies. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared by deleting site data.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect sign-in, registration, checkout, QR passes, language preferences, and other platform features.
Cookie and local-storage retention varies depending on purpose. Session cookies may expire when the browser closes; preference choices and functional storage may remain longer so the platform remembers your settings. Server-side records, if any, are retained according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal, accounting, event, safety, dispute, and operational requirements.
We may update this Cookies Policy when technologies, providers, legal requirements, or platform features change. The latest version will be published on this page.
