Safety is the first priority at every PMR and SprintX event. These rules apply to competitors, riders, drivers, teams, crew, officials, media, sponsors, guests, contractors and spectators, and operate in addition to event-specific regulations, venue rules, waivers, technical regulations, authority instructions and any applicable federation requirements.
Each event may be subject to approvals, permits, venue requirements, sporting rules, safety plans, insurance requirements and operational instructions from competent authorities. Where applicable, PMR coordinates with the relevant venue, event authorities, safety providers, security providers, medical providers, motorsport bodies and the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation or relevant governing/sanctioning body.
Nothing on the website replaces official event regulations, authority instructions, race-control directions, marshal instructions, medical decisions, venue rules or legally required waivers.
Every competition vehicle or motorcycle must pass technical and safety checks before entering the course. PMR, officials or appointed scrutineers may inspect vehicles, equipment, documents, class eligibility and safety items at any time.
A vehicle that fails inspection, appears unsafe, is incorrectly declared, or does not match class requirements may be refused participation until issues are resolved, without guaranteed refund.
Approved helmets and the safety equipment required for the class, vehicle, discipline and event are mandatory. This may include protective clothing, gloves, footwear, harnesses, seats, fire extinguishers, motorcycle protection, vehicle recovery points, numbers, timing equipment or any other requirement announced for the event.
Driver/rider briefings are mandatory. Briefings may cover course layout, flags, start and finish procedures, paddock movement, incident response, penalties, restricted areas, emergency procedures, timing rules and authority or venue instructions.
Failure to attend a mandatory briefing or failure to understand and follow instructions may result in exclusion or access restrictions.
Participants must follow marshal and official instructions at all times. Dangerous driving or riding, ignoring flags, speeding in the paddock, unsafe overtaking, drifting outside permitted areas, interference with other competitors, reckless behavior, or entering restricted zones may result in penalties, disqualification, removal, reporting to authorities or further action.
Report any incident, injury, near miss, vehicle issue, fire risk, spill, unsafe condition or medical concern immediately. Event operation may be suspended, delayed, modified or cancelled for weather, visibility, heat, wind, lightning, medical, safety, venue, authority or force majeure reasons.
Participation and attendance involve inherent motorsport risks. Medical and safety arrangements do not remove those risks, and attendance or participation may require signing an event waiver.
Only authorized persons may enter paddock, grid, media, race-control, technical, pit, recovery, timing, broadcast or restricted operational areas. QR codes, badges and wristbands must not be shared, copied, sold, transferred or misused.
These documents form PMR's public governance baseline for platform use, event participation, ticketing, media access, safety operations and digital services.
Governing law: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Each event may carry additional event-specific rules, waivers, technical and sporting regulations, venue rules, ticket terms, and safety instructions.
